What is your late arrival and cancellation policy?

Answer:
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please arrive for your appointment at the agreed upon time so that you receive the full benefit of a complete session. Your session begins at the agreed upon time even when you are not able to be present. If you have an emergency or illness that disrupts your plans, please give me a call as soon as possible. 801-335-5517. A session will be canceled immediately and payment due in full for inappropriate behavior. Examples of inappropriate behavior include sexual misconduct or suggestions, intoxication, very poor hygiene, and contagious disease. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

How do I schedule an appointment?

What should I do to prepare for a massage?

Answer:
It is always important to shower if possible before the massage, if you are unable to do so, just let me know and you are welcome to use my shower facilities. A massage is a healing experience, be sure to arrive massage in the most peaceful state possible to receive the greatest benefit. Additionally try and drink plenty of fluids before and after a massage.

I’ve never had a professional massage, do I have to take my clothes off?

Answer:
You receive the greatest benefit from the massage by removing your clothes, however for your privacy I provide draping.

What should I expect when I come into you for a massage?

Answer:
I provide a very relaxed, peaceful environment. From the moment you step into my studio, I do my best to make you feel comfortable. On your first visit, I have you fill out a simple health background form, please let me know if you have any injuries,illnesses or if you are taking any medication.
